Refund Policy for Excel Academy
At Excel Academy, we are committed to providing quality tutoring services that help our students succeed. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to ensure our clients feel confident in their booking process. Below is our refund policy:

1. Solo Sessions (£15 per hour):

Cancellation with Notice (24 hours or more):
If you need to cancel a solo session, we request at least 24 hours' notice. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at a time that works for both parties. -
Cancellation with Less than 24 Hours' Notice:
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, we regret that no refund will be issued. However, you may reschedule the session for a later date based on availability. -
No-show:
If the student fails to attend the session without prior notice, no refund will be given. You may reschedule the session for a later date, but this will be considered a new booking.​ -

2. Group Sessions (£10 per hour):

Cancellation with Notice (24 hours or more):
If you need to cancel a group session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. A full refund will be issued, or you may choose to attend a future group session if available. -
Cancellation with Less than 24 Hours' Notice:
If the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund will be provided. However, you may be able to join a future group session based on availability. -
No-show:
For no-shows to group sessions, no refund will be issued. We recommend informing us ahead of time if you can no longer attend so we can attempt to accommodate another student in your place.
3. Special Circumstances:

We understand that emergencies can arise. If you find yourself in a situation that requires a refund or rescheduling beyond the outlined policy, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to discuss your circumstances and work with you to find a reasonable solution.
4. Payment:

Payment for all sessions is due before or on the day of the session. For bookings of multiple sessions, we may offer a payment plan. Please contact us for more details if needed.
